A visitor is someone who has been invited and may or may not have a specific time. An appointment is a scheduled visit with a specific date and time. Appointments help security personnel prepare for expected visitors and streamline the check-in process.
Yes! Homeowners can add household members through the "My Household" section on the dashboard. Click the "+" button, fill in their details, and they'll be added as residents. This helps track visitor appointments for your entire household.
Generate a QR code from the Quick Actions panel. The code contains a unique access token that visitors can show at the gate. Security personnel scan the code to verify the invitation and check the visitor in automatically. QR codes can be set to expire after a certain time or number of uses.
If you're expecting someone who doesn't have an appointment, you can create a quick invitation from your dashboard. Alternatively, the security personnel can contact you for verification before allowing entry. For security reasons, we recommend pre-registering all visitors.
